Castle Protection & Automation, a security & home automation company specializing in working with production & semi-custom builders, has acquired iSmartWire, a security and low voltage company with similar interests and values. The move to acquire iSmartWire is a result of Castle’s ambition to expand into Jacksonville which they consider a “Hot Market” said Scott Osborne, Owner and CEO of Castle Protection & Automation. “We are excited about our future in Jacksonville.” continued Osborne. “This acquisition catapults us into the Jacksonville market and with Bryan’s long history in the security/home automation industry in Florida and his deep relationships with builders in the Jacksonville market we have no doubt Bryan will be a valued asset to help us grow business and bring our unique offering to Jacksonville area customers”
The acquisition of iSmartWire fits into Castle’s strategy to expand operations throughout the Southeast through the hiring and acquisition of superstars. By purchasing iSmartWire Bryan Pope, previous owner of iSmartWire, joins Castle as the VP of Jacksonville Operations. This will ensure Bryan can build on his current relationships and continue to provide excellent customer service to his current and future clients. He will have Castle’s proprietary technology, systems, product packages and touch-of-a-button financing to make the sales and installation process easy, simple and affordable from beginning to end, delivering security and smart home automation solutions tailored to each customer.
